Financial Options
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept: Cash, Check, Debit, and Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Care Credit Card. Don’t forget to use your FSA and HSA accounts if you have them!
If you have dental insurance, we provide the service of submitting a claim to your dental insurance, so you can be reimbursed from your dental insurance, and use any benefits that you have. It is wise to contact your dental insurance company before your visits to see if they will give you benefits at our office.
To thank you for referring new patients to Owens Family Dentistry, you will receive a discount toward your own dental treatment or a complimentary at home teeth whitening kit when the referred patient comes for their first routine cleaning and exam appointment.

Care Credit: Ask for information on deferred interest options. Or,
Prepay with credit card, cash, or check for your treatment, so the treatment is paid in full on the day it occurs.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in your account being turned over to a collection agency and your credit history will be negatively affected. We will also be forced to terminate our professional relationship with you. Full payment of services is due upon receipt of statement or at the time of service if you do not have dental insurance.
